Connect Shopify

This guide matches Integrations → Shopify.

What it does

Import Shopify customers into Contacts and recover abandoned checkouts (same cart automation as other stores).

What you need

1. In Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps → Develop apps, create a Custom app.
2. Allow read scopes for Customers and Orders (and checkouts if available).
3. Install the app and copy the Admin API access token and API secret key.

Steps in Br Envio

1. Open Integrations → Stores & apps → Shopify.
2. Enter the shop domain, token and API secret.
3. Click Connect, then Test connection.
4. Use Sync customers to import the list.
5. In Shopify, register a checkouts/create (or abandoned checkout) webhook to the URL shown on screen. HMAC uses the API secret.

Abandoned cart

After connecting, Automation → Abandoned cart appears in the menu. Turn it on and use in the email.
